Guidelines for applying the Tripura land valuation certificate through e-suvidha centres are explained in step by step procedure. Step 1: Approach the nearest e-suvidha centres at the offices of Sub Divisional Magistrates in your area. Step 2: Submit a request for land valuation certificate in the centre. Provide the required documents as mentioned above. You have to provide the following details:

Step 5:  After verification, the concerned authority issues Tripura land valuation certificate. Step 6: Once you have received an SMS of application approved message, revisit e-Suvidha centre. Provide that unique application number to service personnel. You will be provided with the digitally signed Tripura land valuation certificate.
